Students who have completed our Teacher Training Program have discovered that a basic understanding of Iyengar Yoga is of utmost importance to a yoga instructor — even to those who are not interested in pursuing in-depth study of the Iyengar method. This style of yoga emphasizes alignment and precision, and was chosen as a highlight of this program because it will impart the essential ability to teach asana in a precise and safe manner.
