Sarah holds her Herbal Foundations certificate in Western Botanical Medicine through The Berkeley Herbal Center in Berkeley, CA.

    Energize Holistically offers a variety of treatments from relaxing whole-body lymphatic therapy to customized lymphatic drainage sessions designed to address specific problems.

    Each lymphatic session offers the state-of-the-art US FDA Medical Device 510K that produces infrared heat without emitting harmful EMF frequencies. The LymphStar Pro Fusion therapeutic instrument is used to achieve inflammation reduction and relaxation.

    Cybil Gilbertson, LMFT, CMT has trained in and explored a variety of modalities within the performing, expressive and therapeutic arts. Dancing professionally for over two decades Cybil maintained a thriving private practice in Pilates (Body Arts and Science International Comprehensive Certification), yoga facilitation and advanced professional bodywork and massage (at home at The Santa Barbara Yoga Center). Cybil is certified for yoga through White Lotus Foundation and Esalen Institute and has also studied with Erich Schiffman, Sarah Powers, Shiva Rea, Denise Zaverdas and Heather Tiddens. Cybil studied in-residence at Esalen Institute for 2 years (2005-2006) where she was a workscholar and extended student, an intern at The Gazebo Pre-School, a teacher on the Movement Arts Schedule and assisted several workshops and trainings. Cybil founded and directed NECTAR (2009-2023) “highlighting relevant social themes through the arts and education” and received several grants and awards for her "community centered vision." Cybil is also a somatic-based psychotherapist, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#149705) in private practice in Santa Barbara, Ca. Cybil is the founder and head clinician at NECTAR Integrative Therapeutic Arts and is currently accepting individuals and couples online throughout California and in-person, Santa Barbara, Ca. Cybil has recently moved back to Santa Barbara from the Bay Area with her two children, 2 cats and puppy. Cybil is thrilled to be back at The Santa Barbara Yoga Center where she studied and taught many classes from 2005-2015.

  • Shelly Gutensohn, M.Ed, LMFT, CCHP The Restorative Therapy Project

    Shelly Gutensohn is a mental health therapist who has been practicing throughout California for the past seven years. She specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrates somatic interventions into traditional therapeutic approaches. Her goal is to transform negative perceptions into positive, empowering resolutions that support healing and balance.

    Sessions are available in 30- and 60-minute increments, and can be conducted in person or virtually.
